The personal data is used to process already established contracts.

  1. We need you company name, name and address to know who our contractual partner is, viz. who we provide and invoice our services to.
  2. We need your contact data (e-mail address and phone number) to be able to send you your registration confirmation as well as for possible inquiries.
  3. We need your credit card viz. account data to be able to bill our services provided.

Beyond that, we shall forward your personal data to third parties only if there is a legal obligation for us to do so or if this is required for the immediate enforcement of our rights and, if necessary, to enforce  our claims from existing contractual relationships with you.
